Holistic Health CouncelingWhat is Holistic Health Counceling?

Through holistic health counseling we take a wide approach to your health-situation. We map out your whole lifestyle which gives us a chance to detect what in your life is not in balance. In other words, we treat those underlying factors rather than the symptoms and identify the actions that lead to a longtermwell-being. This often leads to the solution of a number of other health issues at the same time.

Together we look at different ways for you to get nutrition - which we split into Primary and Secondary Food. Primary Food is split into four categories: Relationship, Spirituality, Career and Physical activity. Together with the Secondary Food, which is what you eat, we create a balance that is optimal for you in your unique situation and enables you to reach your own targets.

In my role as your personal Holistic Health Counselor, I will coach you to identify what food and choice of lifestyle that gives you a permanent well-being. Instead of dramatic programs focusing on weight reduction, we will focus on you, your body and what nutrition is needed to get balance in your life.
