What's the buzz about Raw and Living Food?

Live Food is not a new idea. Before, you could not be a Christian without being a vegetarian. Live Food has been used for a long time for its healing qualities.

Eating Raw and Living Food is not a diet but a lifestyle. You eat organic Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Seaweed, Cold pressed oils, some sprouted Grains and Superfoods and none of it is cooked.

There are no rules, no counting calories. The secret is that no food is heated up more than 42°C. Below that, all the enzymes, proteins, and minerals are still intact. All the Veggies contains protein until we boil them, then they turn into carbohydrates. So don't be afraid of not getting enough protein. An apple actually contains 4% of protein, breast milk contains 6 % and that is ALL a baby needs in its most developing phase while Kale contains 30% of protein! Meat is said to contain around 20% of Protein. What about that?

By having this lifestyle you will lose those extra kilos, get lots of more energy, you will not only feel but also look younger and last but not least, you will have the capacity to heal your body.

Living RawThe difference between Raw Food and Living food is that within the Living Food we wake up the dormant enzymes by soaking and sprouting the nuts and seeds. In Living Food the base is leafy greens and the sprouts. Leafy greens are the best plant based protein. The sprout is the baby and the density of nutrients we can only imagine, it is full of vibrant energy. These are the most healing types of food. In Raw Food we dehydrate food by using an Excalibur dehydrator or if your oven is modern you can probably set the regulator to 42°C.

In the cook book Peace, Love and Food by Renée Voltair she write about two sun flower seeds- "one sunflower seed is toasted and the other one that is raw, i.e. not processed. Place them both in the soil. From the raw sun flower seed a beautiful plant will start to grow. The other one will decay." Honestly, which one would you like to feed your body with?
